Sabari spent over 23 years, working with many leading dailies like Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Free Press Journal, the Financial Express and Observer of Business and Politics. Extensive and personal connections with the who’s who of India Inc., untiring addition for news, unchallenged belief in the leg work for sourcing a lead, and ability to convert leads into page 1 stories made him a well-known name in the Mumbai media. He quit Economic Times as a Senior Editor to pursue his dream of doing something different as an entrepreneur. A hand-on executor, he leads the entire team operations and business development of P4C.
Founder - Chief Executive
Someone who is crazy about writing, Joseph made a living from journalism for 22 years by jumbling A..B..C..D.. in different formats, with varied flavours, in length and short, creatively and critically. Through the years, he worked in different capacities from being a cub reporter to the bureau chief to the news editor with different organisations like United News of India, Free Press Journal, Indian Communicator and Chronicle Pharmabiz. His tryst with communication consultancy began with a startup agency MD Niche in Delhi where he guided several campaigns for Government and non-government clients, before moving to Mumbai to co-found P4C. A man with innovative ideas and with a sharp nose for news, he is tasked to constantly define and refine the strategies for P4C and its clients, apart from overseeing the operations.
An MBA holder in Business Communication, Vandana is a hardcore PR Professional with 13 years of work experience in operations, Branding and Public Relations. After stints with Vodafone, HSBC and Yahoo in the marketing departments, she realized her innate flair for public relations in 2010. After working with leading agencies like Ad Factors and Concept, she joined P4C in 2015 to head the BFSI vertical. A happy-go-lucky and pleasing personality, she spreads the same grace into communication management. During these years, she managed big accounts like Future Capital (Now Capital First), Bombay Stock Exchange, JM Financial, Centrum Capital……and the list is long. A hard working professional, she still believes that learning is never ending. She reads books and is glad about socializing, to break the monotony of work and work.
An MBA and Mass Media graduate from Mumbai University, Vivek has a decade of experience in Media Relations, Stakeholder Management, Corporate& Brand Reputation Advocacy. He drives high-impact communication strategies for his clients that contribute to their key objectives. He has led national communication mandates across diverse sectors viz IT, Startups, Legal, Taxation, FMCG, Gaming, Auto, Pharma, Financial Services. Outside of work, Vivek likes to travel, listen to music, loves driving.
Sajna has more than 15 years experience in business consulting, financial services, ITES and telecom. She has worked with large multinational companies like Standard Chartered Bank, HCL and GE. Her strengths are Operations and Quality management and Brand building, with proven project management and process improvement expertise. In all her previous roles, she has been involved in large scale strategic change implementation as well as customer service and branding initiatives. She loves music, travel and books. She heads Business Development for P4C in Delhi and the Northern region.
C K HASSAN KOYA
Veteran with 36 years of experience, he is one of the most reputed names in Malayalam journalism. Close to two decades, he headed editorial operations of Malayalam News, the first Malayalam daily outside India, in Saudi Arabia. A literary critic and sports writer, he also worked as News Editor of leading Kerala daily –Chandrika before moving abroad. A friend indeed for friends in need, he has a vast network of friends, cutting across genres from sports to journalism, from literature to music. An author of a book, he is always excited about music and sports.
Vice President - Operations
Unni as he is known amongst the television fraternity, has travelled extensively across the country and abroad with projects & assignments as a producer with different electronic media houses. With a combined experience of over 18 years in the media industry, Unni started his career with India’s first Malayalam satellite TV- Asianet. Thereafter he has had several successful stints with National TV channels like Star, Sun Network, and ETV by incubating and producing mega programs in India & abroad. Unni is an avid reader just about everything. Though not for publishing, Unni writes frequently about the general conditions prevailing in the country.
A soft-spoken but impactful writer, he loves to dabble in words. He takes to writing as his passion, not the profession. Sometime quixotic, he claims that he can be bit moody at times. But, people around him otherwise see him always as a role-model team man and worker. He has worked as a content writer in varying genres. Plans to write a novel someday. Have more than 10 years of professional experience of working as a content writer across varying genres such as IT, apparel and petrochemicals. He joined P4C team of writers in 2015.
P VINOD KUMAR
Senior Editor - Content Strategy
Mr P Vinod Kumar is a noted journalist with over 25 years of experience in the profession. He has been heading the Chennai-bureau of The Financial Express, for over six years. His tasks at the organisation included leading a team of reporters and deliver the copies beating deadlines. He also handled a column under the slug `Hard Numbers’ for the newspaper for over two years. Prior to joining P4C, he was working as a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Development Studies, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, where his work on `Futures Trade in Commodities Some First Order Evidence from Rubber and Pepper was well received. Like in journalism, his academic track record is also appreciated widely. He has a Masters in International Relations and Political Science from Mahathma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, where he did his dissertation on `Four Modernisations in Post Mao China. His M Phil dissertation on `India’s Service Trade: Trends, Pattern and Determinants’ broke new grounds in the study of international trade in services and came at a time the subject was nebulous and was widely quoted by scholars who worked on the subject later. He is a prolific writer and an avid reader.
Senior Editor - Content Strategy
Vinod, a workaholic who hates to take leaves, has spent 23 years in Journalism before joining P4C in 2015. He was Chief of the Kerala Bureau for Malayalam News Daily published from Saudi Arabia by Saudi Research and Publishing Company. He is also an author of a book. Former Secretary of Calicut Press Club and Former State secretary of Kerala Union of Working Journalists, he is a good organizer and enjoys personal rapport with majority of journalists in Kerala.
